- Now mix gram flour andake balls of it
- Deep fry the balls and keep aside
- Heat oil temper jeera seeds,bay leaf,dry red chilli
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- Add tomato puree and saute
- Now add jeera powder and cashew-raisins paste combine well
- Add water and boil the curry
- Add the fried balls and cover
- Finally add garam masala powder and sugar
- The kofta curry is ready
