- Add crushed garam masala, after few seconds add bay leaves, dry chillies and sliced onions.
- When it turns pink add fried kathal and salt. Mix, cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or till kathal softened.
- If kathal is taking time to cook add half a cup of water in between.
- Add garam masala powder, crushed coriander seeds, cook for few minutes. Add coriander leaves. Ready to eat!
