  8. Continue to mix by mashing the chana dal.cook until the mixture thickens and starts to separate from the pan.

  10. Dough preparation for puran poli. - firstly, in a large mixing bowl take 2 cup wheat flour, ½ cup maida, 2tbsp oil and salt. mix well making sure everything is combined well.
