- First soak chaamp in hot water so it becomes softened to cut easily just for 7 to 8 minutes
- Now fry individually in a pan lightly.no need to deep fry.they are all set
- Now in same pan take less oil.we can make mixture of olive and vegetable oil.roast cumin seeds ginger garlic and then add onion
- Just saute the onion then add all the spices together and roast for one minute then add tomatoes
- Now add little bit water and stir the curry for atleast 20 minute at very low flame until it looks red and keep separating oil
- Now add ready soy chaamp and add slightly water and again stir for mixing well
