  10. Turn over and repeat. This side should only take about 1 or 2mins.
  11. Remove from pan onto a large plate and add a sprinkle of caster sugar, some golden syrup and a squeeze of jiff lemon.
  12. Roll pancake.
  13. Repeat above steps until all mixture is used or leave to be used following day.
