  4. On a side dish put the goat cheese(make it like crumbs) with suger
  5. Put the cheese inside the qatayf (pancakes) and close it will be like a half moon
  6. Preheat another pan with oil , fri the qatayf until its golden
  7. Put them right away in the sugar syrup , remove them and shake the extra syrup , put them on a plate and serve .

Qatayef is an Arab dessert commonly eaten during Ramadan. It is said that Qatayef is of Fatimid origin. Qatayef is sweet a dumpling often filled with Akkawi cheese, or any unsalted cheese. It can also be filled with nuts. It is commonly fried, yet, some cultures bake it.
