- Get 1 spoon or less of corn flour/ starch
- Prepare Stock cubes 1

Goat meat is a brilliant meat for the ethically-minded, and is less rich than the traditional lamb mince normally used for lahmacun. - Add the green pepper, chilli pepper, spring oinions, fresh thyme, salt and last of the grated fresh ginger… The aroma at this point is wow…😉
- Taste, add the carrot, curry leaves and a little bit of water if necessary,. Black pepper, and(may I add that the black pepper, fresh chopped red chilli peppers, and green pepper all work together to give this Sauce a very unique taste) corn flour to thicken the sauce…
- Allow to simmer for a min and your Miced Goat meats Sauce is ready.
- You can eat with Rice, boiled potatoes or Plantain. From the picture above, I had mine with Rice and Dodo and it was just delish.
