  1. Wash and season meat with salt, seasoning, ginger, garlic and pepper. (I usually pound my ginger, garlic and pepper)
  2. Mix together and marinate
  3. Allow to rest in the freezer for atleast 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  4. Bring out from freezer and cook. Add onions only. Please no water. The meat will produce it's juice. Cook for 10-1min
  5. When it's done. Line your oven rack and place meat. While you preheat the oven
  6. Place in oven and grill for 40-45 min, depending on the temperature or heat from the oven
  7. Turn after 20 min to allow the side to be well cooked. And turn off the heat
  8. Place pot on a low heat, add grilled meat grinded pepper, Ginger and garlic. Mix together. Add chop/ cut green pepper, Bell pepper and onion. Add the leftover meat stock,(little) mix thoroughly and allow to cook for 3-5 min on a low heat.
  9. Enjoy your meal with any delicacy.

Just as the name implies, Asun is "spicy", as in "pepperish" and deliciously irresistible (even before the first bite); seriously, you'll want your fork/hands/teeth on them just at first.
