  6. Stir mixture every 1-2h to make sure it stays as you want it to be

In fact, the Canadian Journal of Physiology and Pharmacology did a study that said that "kiwifruit may support immune function and reduce the incidence and severity of cold or flu-like illness in at-risk groups such as older adults and children."
