- 5 minutes before it is ready insert the glucose and stir gently being careful not spoil the rolls.
- Remove from heat and let the spoon sweet to cool down in the syrup.
- Once it cools down completely, remove the toothpicks and put the rolls into jars.
- Pour with the syrup to cover the sweet.
- You may preserve it for a long time and it can be eaten chilled for greater pleasure!
