It was time for me to make granola again and I love trying out different flavors! Healthy and only lightly sweetened with natural foods and no sugar, this granola is grand for supporting a healthy lifestyle. It is fast and easy to make. Not like I needed another reason to love granola.

Instructions to make Gingerbread Granola:
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees celcius fan.
  2. Melt the nut butter, syrup and oil over a low heat until liquid.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to a large baking tray.
  4. Pour over the liquid and mix well with a spatula to combine.
  5. Bake for around 40 minutes, turning halfway…
  6. Eat! Out the jar / with your favourite milk / yoghurt / sprinkled over baked fruit…

I swear, this snack chases me. I hear it calling my name from inside my pantry.
