- Fold in the flour mixture and the lemon zest +the juice then pour the batter into greased baking tin and bake for 35-40min until the sides of the cake can be seen coming out of the tin,let the cake cool for sometime
- Lemon glaze:Combine lemon juice of 2lemons +90g icing sugar, stir to a not so running liquid, if runny put more icing sugar,if stiff put more lemon juice, now pour your glaze after removing cake from tin, on a rack when cake still hot then let it cool-enjoy😉
