- Add Maida in Plate..add oil and salt..Mix..and Bind with water to Medium Soft Dough.
- In Non stick Pan..add &Heat Oil.Add Grated Carrot.
- Mix and Saute on Low Flame for 5mins to dry up water release from grated Carrot.
- Off the Flame.. Add grated Paneer, Green Chillies Ginger paste,Salt, chopped Coriander leaves.Mix well.
- Cool this Prepared Stuffing to room temperature.Make four Portions of it.
- Knead the Prepared Dough.Make 8 Lemon Size portion from it.Take one Portion of Dough..Roll in Thin Round roti of 4-5inches in Similarly make all remaining dough Portions.
- Heat the Non -Stick tawa…on Medium flame.
- Take one Prepared Roti..Spread one portion of Prepared CARROT-PANEER Stuffing.(as shown)
- Cover with other Prepared Roti..Seal the edge.
- Make Design on egde of Prepared Stuffed Paratha with Fork.
- Roast on Preheated Non stick tawa with Ghee..on Both sides.
- Prepare Other 3-Stuffed Carrot -Paneer Parathas in Similar Manner.Cut into Half and Serve.
- Serve & relish hot with green coriander chutney & foxnuts & fresh red raw dates raita.
- For Serving Green Coriander Chutney.Grind 2-green chillis,1tbsp peanuts,1/4inch Ginger piece, Salt,1 cup of chopped fresh Coriander leaves, Lemon juice..in Mixer Jar…to Smooth paste.Use as required.
- For Serving Foxnuts Fresh Raw Red Dates Raita.. refer to the recipe shared with App.
