- Heat ghee in a thick bottom kadai
- Add atta to it and fry till it gives out aroma
- Then switch off the gas and keep on stirring for some time.
- When it is warm add grated gud and keep mixing till it is completely melted
- Now spread it in a greased plate, give shape with a knife and garnish with chopped almonds
- Keep it aside till it is set and completely cooled down. Take out pieces and serve
