Steps to make Sukhdi:
- Take a pan.
- Add ghee into it.
- Let it melt.
- After melting the ghee, add wheat flour.
- Mix it well.
- Roast in until flour turns little brown or Aromatic.
- Flame should be medium.
- Now turn off the flame.
- Now take another pan.
- Add ghee into it.
- Also add jaggery.
- Stir until jaggery is melted and mix completely in ghee.
- Stir continuously.
- When bubble forms in jaggery add little by little flour into it.
- Mix it well.
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add milk and mix it well.
- Now turn off the flame.
- Now take a plate and Grease it with ghee.
- Pour the sukhdi mixture in to it.
- Spread it equally.
- Now let the sukhdi cool down little.
- Now make cuts as per your choice.
- Let it cool completely.
- Sukhdi is ready to be serve.
