  1. Melt the ghee in a kadhai add the wheat flour and sauté on a slow flame till it turns golden brown in colour stirring continuously.
  2. Remove from the flame.
  3. Take another kadhai add 5 to 6 tbsp ghee when the ghee melt add jaggery and mix well once the jaggery melt proper add wheat flour mix turn of the gas add Cardamon powder mix well all things.
  4. Pour it into the greased thali and spread it evenly with the help of the base of a small bowl or a flat spoon.
  5. Cut into diamond shapes while still warm and garnish with almond.
