- Heat 2 tablespoon ghee in pan add prawns, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cooked till prawns done.
- Remove prawns in plate. Add grinded paste and 2tablespoons ghee in it and cook, add tamarind and cook till ghee over float on masala.
- Add prawns and cook till masala dry.
- Prawns ghee roast ready to eat.
