- mix the chicken stock & pour into the pan. add the rest of the herbs, lemon, butter and spices. simmer for approx 45 mins.
- after 10 mins simmering add your chopped tomato.
- start your rice… add pinch of sea salt & parsley.
- once your sauce has thickened leav for 5 minutes before serving.
