  3. Over medium heat -in a pot heat oil – add the onions and saute till tender add the jerk seasoning paste and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add the salmon and the tomato ketchup– stir to combine – try not to break up the salmon too much –cook for 1 minute – add the chives and let simmer for 5 minutes– add the parsley –if salt is needed add to taste – turn to coat –take off the stove
