  1. Marinate the chicken with Curd, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, lime juice and let it rest in fridge for at least 1hr
  2. Meanwhile in little ghee roast 15 Cloves of garlic, 1 piece shredded ginger, all the other spices
  3. Add the tamarind paste to it and stir in 1 cup water
  4. Let it thicken.. Cool and grind it
  5. In little ghee cook the marinated chicken closed
  6. In another pan.. Heat Ghee throw the curry leaves and cook the grinded masala and jaggery and cook
  7. When the ghee separates add the cooked chicken and fry it in the masala
