  1. For green jelly…. add in all ingredients in a bowl and leave for few minutes to dissolve gelatin powder..then just bring to boil well for a minute…let it cool on room temperature…..
  2. Now take a glass or bowl in which you want to set the jelly. I've used glass.
  3. Now pour green jelly 2 or three glasses and keep in the refrigerator untill set…
  4. Now make white jelly do the same method as mentioned above..but don't add coconut powder and pineapple essence while boiling it..after boiling milk add dessicated coconut and essence and mix it well and let it cool on room temperature…
  5. Now take out green jelly settled glass from fridge and add the white penna cotta and again keep it in the fridge until set
  6. When it will be settled..garnish with pineapple chunks or as per desire…
