- Custard: - 1) Pour milk, evaporated milk, sugar and custard powder in a pot and keep on flame - 2) Let it boil keep on stirring to avoid lumps - 3) When very thick remove from flame, add cream and whisk then cover it with cling film - - Jello: - 1) Take a pot put water add sugar, agar agar powder and citric acid mix well and keep on boil, when it boils remove from flame add essence colour and a cup of chopped strawberries or raspberries….
- How to set: - use a casserole or small dessert bowls…. - 1) 1st layer: put sponge cake, can make or use ready ones - 2) 2nd layer: pour custard evenly - 3) 3rd layer: slowly pour jello - 4) Topping: Garnish with whip cream rosette
