Strawberry Sauce or Jelly: - You can make jelly kind of thick sauce rather than set completely or jelly as it is choice is yours. - - Jelly: - Take a pot put water add sugar, agar agar powder and citric acid mix well and keep on boil, when it boils remove from flame add fruit essence and fruit. Let it cool a bit, before pouring on pudding - NB: can use ready jelly and add chopped strawberries

Pudding: - Mix agar agar in little milk till it's dissolved, keep all ingredients on boil except vanila essence and creams. - Let it boil remove from flame add essence and cream then beat well, let it cool pour on dessert glasses and let it set completely. - Pour little jelly on it and - let cool then keep in fridge to set and chill. - While serving garnish with sliced Strawberries.
