- Add in your gelatine nd whisk really well
- Then leave it boil again for 2-3mins then take it off heat nd transfer into a bowl to cool off
- Now before it cools completely add 1tbspn of whipping cream powder,into the milk(which u leave previously abt 1/4) whisk it all together nd add it into the warm milk nd whisk,sieve and allow to cool completely
- Once it is cool,pour it gently into ur firmed mango puree mix,like this nd refrigerate for 1hr
- And tanaaa,you are good to go1.
