- It needs around half an hour to cook properly and lose all the water. Then mix the gelatin powder with 2 spoons of water and add it to the carrots along with the rosewater. After a few minutes you can turn off the fire and let it to get little bit colder. Then it needs to be in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Bon Apetit!
