- Roll the 5th (last one) circle into a log and place that at the end of the other doughs that are overlapping each other. Roll everything up. Cut the roll in half. Stand the halves on the sides that had been cut. Gently press the petals to make it more realistic.
- Arrange all roses into a steamer. Allow them to rest for about 20 minutes before streaming.
- Steam for 20-30 minutes on high heat. Minutes count from when you see the steam coming out from your steamer.
- Turn off the heat and let your buns cool down for 5 minutes before remove the lid.
- In the meantime, boil 1 Tsp of strawberry jam in 2 Tsp of water and 1/2 teaspoon of potato starch. Add 1 teaspoon of Rose water to resemble Rose flavor.
