- Untuk Penyediaan Nasi Daging, rebus Daging dengan Air. Saya Pakai Rice Cooker. Cepat Empuk skit dan jimat Gas. Basuh beras dan Toskan. kalau Beras Basmathi, korang rendam dulu 1/2 jam dan toskan.
- Selesai Rebus Daging, panaskan kuali. Masukan Minyak Masak dan Minyak Sapi. Tumis Cengkih, Pelaga, Kulit Kayu Manis, Bunga Lawang dan Daun Pandan sehingga wangi.
- Masukkan Bawang Besar dan Halia. Tumis sehingga layu dan terbit bau. Kemudian masukkan Rempah Kurma dan biar sehingga pecah minyak.
