- Boil milk till it reduces to 1/4 of the quantity by adding sugar. Add kesar and cardamom powder.
- Take boiled rice and add ghee in a pan and add rice to it.
- Add jaggery to it and mix well, once jaggery melts and mixes well cook till the rice and jaggery mix well and is dry.
- Add almonds and mix well.
- Place the rice in a plate with help of any mould and pour rabdi on that and garnish with dryfruits.
- Serve immediately.
