  1. Get 1 cup urad white dal
  2. Take 400 gm curd
  3. Make ready 1/4 spoon awajain

  5. Make ready 50 gm gur (jaggery)

  7. Take 1 spoon jeera
  8. Make ready 1 spoon Lal Mirch
  9. Make ready 1/2 spoon kala namak

  11. Prepare 1 Katori dania leaves
  12. Prepare 4-5 garlic cloves
  13. Make ready 1 small tomato
  14. Make ready 1 spoon dania powder
  15. Get 1/4 katori anar Dane
  16. Prepare 1/4 katori kishmish

Dahi Bhalla recipe is almost the same as how you make Dahi vada. For our Holi brunch, I had prepared Delhi style Dahi Bhalla chaat and it literally transported me to heaven. Instructions to make Dahi bhalla:
  1. For making saute:::::::::::: First take a kadai and add one glass water and add gur.let it melt.In the meantime put imli in water to soak for half hour.After that take it out from the water and with a chalni drain the imli water and add to kadai.Cook for 10-15 min till it thickens.Add kalanamak,lal mirch,buna jeera(after crushing),kishmish.your saute is ready to use.Add some anar dane..Allow it to cool.
  2. For dania chatni::::::::::::::::::::: Grind one katori dania leaves with 4 garlic cloves and one tomato and green chillies with little water.Your dania chatni is ready to use.
  3. For bhalle:::::::::::::::::::::::: Soak urad Dal for overnight or 7-8hours in enough water.After that grind in the grinder.Then add namak,ajawain and dania leaves(after chopping)them.Now beat the Dal with a beater for 10-15min or with your hands.Now take a kadai and and add oil and heat.Now put the bhalle batter in the kadai with hands in small portion.Cook on low flame till golden brown.Your bhalle are ready.
  4. Now take out the bhalle from the kadai.
  5. Now in bowl take curd and beat it slowly with a hand beater.Arrange the bhalle in the bowl and add curd on top of them.
  6. Add saute over them
  7. Add dania chatni over them.
  8. Add anar Dane over the bhalle.
  9. Add some namak,Lal Mirch in curd and stir little
  10. Add more of saute,dania chatni and finally add some more anar Dane and chopped dania leaves for garnishing.Your dahi bhalle are ready to serve.Enjoy!!!Happy dussehra.
