  1. Take 500 gms Mustard greens(Sarson)
  2. Take 100 gms Paalak leaves
  3. Take Onion 1 chopped

  7. Prepare 2 Green chilli
  8. Make ready 1 tbsp Gur

  1. Wash and clean sarson leaves and paalak.
  2. Grind coarsely in a mixer.
  3. In a big vessel keep it with 2 glasses of water.Add green chanaa also.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste,salt,chilli pdr.
  5. Let it boil and simmer on slow heat till it becomes half.
  6. Make tempering of ghee,onion,jeera,hing and dhaniya pdr.
  7. Add gur.
  8. Serve hot with makki di roti.
